Responsibilities

As a Delivery Manager, you will lead the end-to-end execution of LLM training projects, managing a cross-functional team to ensure delivery of high-quality data and model improvements. You will operate as the senior-most project owner, accountable for strategic client alignment, throughput, quality, and operational efficiency across multiple streams and modalities. Key responsibilities include project leadership and cross-functional management, client engagement and operational oversight, and quality governance and continuous improvement, encompassing activities such as maintaining alignment with Engineering Managers, monitoring throughput and quality, acting as the strategic point of contact for clients, setting up scalable processes, and ensuring all output meets the highest standards.
