Requirements

  • Valid state-issued driver’s license
  • 2+ years of recent experience with driving 26’ box trucks and/or flatbeds in a distribution environment
  • Experience driving a forklift in a distribution setting (required)
  • Experience with manual, electric pallet jack, lift gate, and tarping
  • Ability to interact with customers in a courteous manner
  • Recent experience with using computer terminals and scanning software to look up information
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, carrying and moving heavy equipment and supplies
  • Successfully complete pre-employment drug screening
  • Successfully complete physical screening and DOT Medical Card
  • Successfully complete background check
  • Successfully complete motor vehicle record check

Responsibilities

  • Safely deliver products in perfect condition to customers
  • Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient customer service
  • Pick, pack, and load orders for delivery
  • Inspect delivery vehicles and ensure the safety and security of the entire delivery process
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate inventory
  • Inspect incoming products
  • Expedite the movement of products
  • Uphold tidiness standards
  • Contribute to developing solutions
  • Actively participate in the safety program
