Oversee deli operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, maintaining product quality and freshness, and optimizing inventory management
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper product handling
Execute merchandising to drive operational excellence
Maintain and execute deli operational standards, ensuring efficient production and high-quality prepared foods
Monitor inventory levels and execute timely replenishment to maintain in-stock conditions
Demonstrate team member engagement by fostering open communication, trust, acknowledging contributions, and creating a positive work environment
Guarantee member experience by executing GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate; Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean; Listen, Apologize, Solve, Thank), engaging members friendly and helpfully, and addressing concerns promptly (escalating unresolved issues to a supervisor)
Maintain club standards, perform daily responsibilities accurately to support key performance areas, and contribute to club goals
