Ability to slice, package, weigh, and sell deli products including meats and cheeses
Knowledge of food safety, food freshness, and product handling policies and procedures

Responsibilities
Provide high level of customer service: answer questions, recommend deli items, answer calls, take special orders
Slice, package, weigh deli products (cheeses, meats); help members select products; sample products; prepare and package special orders and party trays
Receive and inspect deli shipments; display, stock, rotate, and store products following policies
Ensure products are fresh and meet quality standards; check for out-of-date products daily and follow disposal procedures
Maintain deli presentation, cleanliness, and organization, including display cases
Support club standards: flawless execution, safe environment, GOLD standards (Grand opening look, stocked items, promotional plans, accurate signage, clean and organized)
Act with honesty, integrity, address member concerns, escalate as needed, and innovate/adapt as required
