Receive, inspect, display, stock, rotate, and store deli shipments following policies
Ensure products are fresh, meet quality standards, check for out-of-date items daily, and follow salvage procedures
Stock and rotate deli items to maintain variety in cooler shelves and display cases
Operate deli equipment safely, clean and sanitize equipment, food surfaces, rotisserie ovens, utensils, refrigerated cases, and deli cooler
Maintain presentation, cleanliness, and organization of the deli department, including display cases
Ensure scale systems are maintained (inferred from context)
Support flawless execution, accountability, member-focused service, safe environment, and daily GOLD club standards (Grand Opening Look, stocked items, promotions, signage, cleanliness)
