Provide high level of customer service to Members, answer questions, recommend deli items, answer calls, and take special orders
Slice, package, weigh deli products including cheeses and meats; help Members select products and sample them to assist purchasing decisions
Prepare and package special orders and party trays
Receive and inspect deli shipments; display, stock, rotate, and store deli products following policies
Ensure all products are fresh and meet company quality standards; check for out-of-date products daily and follow disposal procedures
Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the deli department, including display cases
Support club policies, procedures, and compliance; ensure safe and positive environment; escalate concerns as appropriate
Deliver GOLD club standards daily: Grand opening look, all items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, clean and organized
