Provides high level of customer service: answers questions, recommends deli items, takes special orders, helps select products, and samples products
Slices, packages, weighs deli products (cheeses, meats); prepares and packages special orders and party trays
Receives, inspects, displays, stocks, rotates, and stores deli shipments following policies
Ensures products are fresh, meet quality standards; checks for out-of-date products daily and follows salvage procedures
Stocks and rotates deli items to maintain variety in cooler shelves and display cases
Operates deli equipment safely (e.g., scales, rotisserie ovens)
Cleans and sanitizes deli equipment, food surfaces, refrigerated cases, and deli cooler throughout the department
Maintains presentation, cleanliness, and organization of the deli department, including display cases
Supports club policies, procedures, compliance; acts with honesty, integrity, and member focus
Delivers GOLD Member Standards: Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate (GAA); ensures safe, positive environment; resolves member concerns
Works as a team to achieve goals, deliver club standards (e.g., stocked items, promotional plans, accurate signage, Grand Opening Look)
