Stocks and rotates deli items to maintain variety in cooler shelves and display cases
Operates deli equipment safely; cleans and sanitizes equipment, food surfaces, rotisserie ovens, utensils, refrigerated cases, and deli cooler
Maintains presentation, cleanliness, and organization of deli department and display cases
