Availability Thursday through Sunday between 2pm and 9pm (part-time)

Responsibilities
Provide a high level of customer service to Members, answer questions, recommend deli items, answer calls, and take special orders
Slice, package, weigh, and sell deli products including meats and cheeses; help Members select products and sample them to assist purchasing decisions
Prepare and package special orders and party trays
Receive and inspect deli shipments; display, stock, rotate, and store deli products following policies
Ensure all products are fresh and meet company quality standards; check for outdated products
Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the deli, including display cases
Deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate member concerns, and commit to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)
Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily, including grand opening look, stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining signage, and keeping areas clean and organized
