Responsibilities
Slice, package, weigh, and sell various deli products, including meats and cheeses
Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the deli, including deli display cases
Provide assistance to Members in the deli department
Provide a high level of customer service: answer questions, recommend deli items, answer calls, and take special orders
Help Members select the correct products and sample products to assist in purchasing decisions
Prepare and package special orders and party trays
Receive and inspect deli shipments
Display, stock, rotate, and store deli products following food safety, food freshness, and product handling policies and procedures
Ensure all products are fresh and meet company quality standards; check for out-of-date products daily
Deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate member concerns, and commit to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)
Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily, including grand opening look, stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining signage, and keeping areas clean and organized
