Provides a high level of customer service to Members, answers questions, recommends deli items, handles calls, and takes special orders
Slices, packages, weighs deli products (cheeses and meats), helps Members select products, samples products, prepares and packages special orders and party trays
Receives and inspects deli shipments, displays, stocks, rotates, and stores deli products following policies
Ensures all products are fresh, meet quality standards, checks for out-of-date products daily, and follows salvage procedures
Ensures deli cooler shelves and display cases have a wide variety of products, stocks and rotates items as necessary
Operates and handles deli equipment per safety policies
Cleans and sanitizes deli equipment and food surfaces throughout the department, including rotisserie ovens, cooking utensils, refrigerated cases, and deli cooler
Maintains presentation and cleanliness of the deli, including display cases
Supports club policies, procedures, compliance, GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate), and club standards (stocked items, promotions, signage, clean and organized)
Ensures a safe and positive environment, acts with honesty and integrity, escalates concerns, embraces inclusion and diversity, works collaboratively as a team
