Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in a finance, analytics, or business support role (internship or graduate experience acceptable)
  • Knowledge of financial principles and basic business acumen
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, proactive, and “can-do” attitude — eager to learn and take initiative
  • Comfortable working with data and financial models

Responsibilities

  • Support the Finance Business Partnering team in delivering financial insights and analysis to business leaders
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting processes
  • Prepare and maintain financial dashboards and performance metrics
  • Contribute to variance analysis, identifying key drivers of performance against plan
  • Support decision-making processes by providing timely, accurate, and relevant financial information
  • Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and operations teams to understand financial implications of key business initiatives
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for leadership reviews
  • Participate in ad hoc analysis and projects aimed at improving business efficiency and profitability
  • Contribute ideas to process improvement and automation within the finance function
