Candidates must possess a degree or equivalent qualification in Economics, Business, or Analytics. A minimum of 15 years of credit industry experience is required, including at least 5 years managing a credit portfolio through its entire lifecycle, with associated strategy setting, delivery, team management, and P&L responsibilities. Experience in actively sponsoring, owning, or participating as a senior team member in a decision engine implementation project is also necessary. Essential personal attributes include an innovative and inquisitive mind, the ability to work collaboratively, adapt quickly to change, communicate articulately and positively, assess commercial issues, assimilate information from various sources, demonstrate decision-making and critical thinking skills, develop and maintain relationships in demanding environments, foster teamwork, be goal-oriented with a strong delivery focus, possess good command of relevant languages, identify and work with internal resources, be motivated and able to work with limited supervision, and have negotiating and influencing skills.
