Responsibilities

The Dealer Account Manager will assist the Dealer Channel with all HPOS (Heartland POS) sales and lead-related matters, working with dealers on POS sales questions, educating them on product benefits, sales materials, and ordering procedures to influence sales growth. This role involves directing leads to Dealers, collaborating with Dealer’s Merchants and Prospects to close sales, and enhancing overall sales performance. The DAM will also handle and promptly resolve individual inquiries about HPOS leads, working with Non-Heartland POS Dealers purchasing PCA (Payment Card Authorization) through Distributors to promote revenue growth, and driving daily new sales with Dealers requiring hand-holding, such as new Dealers, top performers, new verticals, or Dealers needing assistance with leads, quotes, and orders, working in conjunction with Business Development Dealers (BDDMs) who manage Dealer recruitment and long-term revenue growth. This position is crucial for driving new sales growth and facilitating the Dealers’ transition into selling SaaS, PaaS, and AUX solutions.
