Responsibilities

  • Review and approve Customer Contracts based on documented internal guidelines
  • Validate contract documents (quotes and sales orders) against Salesforce Account and Opportunity information
  • Ensure all deal approval requirements are met
  • Work closely with the Partners & Alliances team on deal structuring, sales orders and creating AWS Private Offers
  • Review and reconcile deals with the Accounting team
  • Own the Customer licensing setup and updates for all Closed Won and Churned Opportunities
  • Identify potential risks in deal proposals and suggest mitigating strategies
  • Assist the sales team with sales quoting tools (CPQ, Configure, Price, Quote)
  • Provide business pricing strategies, product knowledge, and analytical support to Sales for large, complex, or non-standard deals
  • Work closely with Finance, Legal, Partner, and Revenue teams on Pre and Post-Sale Deal Related Activities
