Requirements

Already have the right to live and work in this country
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 5-7 years of experience in full cycle recruitment, preferably with experience in hiring Consultants or related roles
Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, assessments, and evaluations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop candidate personas
Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking events, and build continuous candidate pipelines
Review resumes and applications, shortlist candidates, facilitate business-specific assessments, and conduct initial interviews (in-person or virtual)
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers (in-person or virtual) and gather interview feedback documentation
Prepare job offer recommendations for approval, facilitate offer discussions with candidates, ensure smooth offer acceptance, and handle candidate queries
Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including pre-employment processes and orientation programs, ensuring necessary resources and support for integration
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company guidelines, legal, and regulatory requirements; maintain accurate records and generate reports on candidate status
