Requirements

  • Already have the right to live and work in this country
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in full cycle recruitment, preferably with experience in hiring Consultants or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, assessments, and evaluations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop candidate personas
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking events, and build continuous candidate pipelines
  • Review resumes and applications, shortlist candidates, facilitate business-specific assessments, and conduct initial interviews (in-person or virtual)
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers (in-person or virtual) and gather interview feedback documentation
  • Prepare job offer recommendations for approval, facilitate offer discussions with candidates, ensure smooth offer acceptance, and handle candidate queries
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including pre-employment processes and orientation programs, ensuring necessary resources and support for integration
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company guidelines, legal, and regulatory requirements; maintain accurate records and generate reports on candidate status
