Responsibilities

Manage and execute low to medium critical/priority and simple training transactions/activities
Maintain LMS and support users (business wide) for LMS activities and handle all tasks that come into LMS
Manage Contractor Website, including requests to create/activate/amend contractual administrators to set up on the website (Coal & MinAm)
Provide backend HR services for business operations
Participate in process improvement initiatives or special projects
Help with the overall team’s workload by managing your deliverables and helping the team when required
