  • Produce and present advanced reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to leadership
  • Analyze data to drive strategic decisions, reduce recurring issues, and improve system stability
  • Act as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for stakeholders on issue management and workforce solutions
  • Mentor and train junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
