Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Drive, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams from a DBS perspective, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement and drive the effective implementation and consistent application of DBS principles in India
  • Collaborate with the GM and leadership team to ensure the commercial team possesses the requisite skills and capabilities to execute DBS tools across functions in India consistently
  • Collaborate closely with the Leadership Team (LT) to identify improvement opportunities and actively contribute to developing commercial strategies and provide support to the organization in improving commercial performance metrics, such as growth, profitability, menu expansion, customer satisfaction and productivity
  • Lead and organize Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement, ensuring a robust pipeline of improvement initiatives contributing to ongoing productivity enhancement, with a direct link to Policy Deployment (PD)
  • Provide / promote comprehensive DBS training programs for Associates in India, ensuring skill development and proficiency in relevant areas
  • Support improvement of baseline performance relative to growth, profitability, productivity, and responsiveness by delivering business results and promote the sharing of best practices across functions in Beckman Coulter
  • Drive consistency in meeting or exceeding Improvement Targets by using DBS principles and Lead Conversion methods and practices
