Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One to three years minimum experience in Purchasing/Inventory Control/Pricing Administration/Data Management
  • High proficiency in Excel
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • College degree in a related field
  • SAP S/4 experience

Responsibilities

  • Set up all new Hardgoods materials correctly and timely in SAP
  • Implement and maintain Information Records, Source List, and vendor pricing in SAP
  • Obtain, analyze, and resolve pricing issues including pricing discrepancies, pricing confirmations different than our system, and material set up issues such as invalid part numbers and discontinued items, within department established time tables
  • Gather information from outside sources and identify the necessary Material Master changes within SAP to align the vendor’s standard with item numbers and units of measure
  • Coordinate, review, and input the changes suggested by the Buying Center Management and Product Management, including Materials, Pricing, Info Records, and Source lists
  • Plan pricing updates for maintained vendors, including Global, Sales Org, and Plant level pricing
  • Meet goals and objectives set by management and ensure departmental standards are consistently met
  • Follow all policies as defined in the Company policy manual
  • Work with all co-workers and internal customers in a professional manner at all times
