Requirements
Master's or PhD degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, Decision Sciences, Computer Science, Applied Math, Economics etc.)
At least 2 years of experience with production-grade Data Science / algorithmically enabled applications
Strong analytical skills and demonstrated proficiency in at least one programming language (R, Python, SQL, etc.) or family of techniques (optimization, simulation, machine learning, predictive modeling, etc.)
Knowledge of tools such as FICO Xpress, Analytic Solver Data Science (nice to have)
Proven successes in leadership and priority setting, as well as problem-solving
Deriving insights from data and optimally communicating those insights to drive action
Excellent collaboration skills and working comfortably across teams
Proficiency in English
Responsibilities

Use cutting-edge techniques and tech stack to build the next generation of supply chain algorithms
Work with technology partners to translate your innovations into a robust, scaled, analytical solution

Belong to an award-winning Analytics / Operations Research community that is global in scope and operates across P&G’s supply chains
