Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in quantitative analysis to solve business problems
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline)
  • Expertise in quantitative analysis, machine learning, data mining, and data visualization
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate (MVT) testing, experiment design, and unbiased test analysis
  • Ability to develop metrics frameworks, build dashboards/reports, and collaborate on goal setting and strategic planning
  • Strong skills in hypothesis generation, prioritization, and providing actionable recommendations
  • Mid-level individual contributor experience partnering with product managers on user experience optimization, particularly GenAI-driven personalization
  • Self-starter demonstrated success using analytics to drive innovation, user engagement, and business growth

Responsibilities

  • Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, machine learning, data mining, and data visualization to improve customer experience and business outcomes, focusing on impactful analytics
  • Guide product teams to actionable insights
  • Own end-to-end testing excellence, including evaluating A/B and multivariate (MVT) tests, identifying opportunities, and recommending new features for test-and-learn initiatives
  • Evaluate and apply alternative methods to supplement randomized testing
  • Develop metrics frameworks for products; build accurate, user-friendly dashboards/reports; and collaborate on goal setting, performance reviews, and strategic planning
  • Take initiative to identify current and potential problems and recommend optimal solutions based on trade-offs
  • Uncover customer friction points, generate and prioritize hypotheses, design experiments, conduct unbiased test analysis, provide actionable recommendations, and optimize products
  • Support key business decisions throughout the product development lifecycle to improve user experience for millions of customers
