Requirements

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles, experience at a fast-paced startup, proven ability to work independently and drive 0→1 analytics initiatives, fluency with SQL and a scripting language (Python or R), and comfort owning both data pipelines and business logic. Strong product and business intuition is also required, along with a desire to be an ambitious, curious, relentless, and no-ego problem-solver.

Responsibilities

The Data Scientist will establish foundational metrics, audit and improve data infrastructure, own dashboards and self-serve tools, develop taxonomies & definitions, ship analyses that matter, scale the analytics culture, lead cross-functional initiatives, and harden and evolve the analytics stack, ultimately becoming a strategic partner and collaborating closely with leadership on strategic questions.
