Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of development experience in Python
  • 5+ years in processing structured and unstructured data using NLP
  • 3+ years in applying classification, regression, and related ML models
  • 1+ years in utilizing LLMs and RAG to solve real-world, industry problems
  • Experience leading medium-sized projects from concept to completion
  • Solid understanding of NLP and related concepts such as vectorization, entity resolution, string similarity, and semantic search
  • Cloud and systems experience in AWS S3/EC2, Databricks, and Linux
  • Passionate about Generative AI, consistently tracking the latest industry developments
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ambitious and enthusiastic self-starter, driven to succeed in a fast-paced, startup style environment
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline (Masters preferred)

  • Experience with RPA, web-scraping, and LLM fine-tuning

Responsibilities

  • Work with Product and Tech teams to own and expand existing suite of AI-based microservices, leveraging state-of-the-art LLMs from OpenAI and Anthropic
  • Collaborate with Product, Partnerships, Client Success, Sales, and Marketing to modernize workflows using RPA and AI
  • Create NLP pipelines for data labelling, matching and extraction (e.g., Named Entity Recognition and Entity Resolution)
  • Assess the quality and robustness of solutions and iterate to optimize performance
  • Apply best practices of MLOps / LLMOps in deploying new products and services to production
