Requirements

Minimum 7+ years of development experience in Python
5+ years in processing structured and unstructured data using NLP
3+ years in applying classification, regression, and related ML models
1+ years in utilizing LLMs and RAG to solve real-world, industry problems
Experience leading medium-sized projects from concept to completion
Solid understanding of NLP and related concepts such as vectorization, entity resolution, string similarity, and semantic search
Cloud and systems experience in AWS S3/EC2, Databricks, and Linux
Passionate about Generative AI, consistently tracking the latest industry developments
Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ambitious and enthusiastic self-starter, driven to succeed in a fast-paced, startup style environment
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline (Masters preferred)
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with RPA, web-scraping, and LLM fine-tuning
Previous experience crafting financial data products
Strong aptitude and/or interest in financial markets
Leadership experience in a start-up environment

Responsibilities

Work with Product and Tech teams to own and expand existing suite of AI-based microservices, leveraging state-of-the-art LLMs from OpenAI and Anthropic
Collaborate with Product, Partnerships, Client Success, Sales, and Marketing to modernize workflows using RPA and AI
Create NLP pipelines for data labelling, matching and extraction (e.g., Named Entity Recognition and Entity Resolution)
Assess the quality and robustness of solutions and iterate to optimize performance
Apply best practices of MLOps / LLMOps in deploying new products and services to production
