  • Demonstrated experience in a data quality, data governance, or senior data analyst role
  • Strong experience establishing data quality frameworks, defining business rules, and validating data
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives, oversee technical work, and mentor junior team members
  • Excellent analytic skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site leadership and mentorship for the Data Quality team in Atlanta, offering regular feedback and creating management-level reporting on quality metrics
  • Oversee the work of Data Quality Analysts to ensure consistent practice and alignment with the broader DQ strategy
  • Establish data quality test plans; work closely with development and data quality teams to define, refine, and validate data rules
  • Collaborate with Global Data Warehouse (GDW) and AI product teams to drive data quality initiatives
  • Work closely with the Data Governance team on behalf of Product Owners to ensure compliance with the Global Data Management standard
  • Support the Issue Management and Remediation (IMR) lead in facilitating the resolution of complex data quality issues across all data sourcing patterns
  • Contribute to long-term efforts in improving data quality and integrity across systems
  • Provide hands-on support for in-depth data quality analysis and profiling as required
