Extensive proven experience working with large, complex datasets in platforms such as Snowflake, Foundry, and Microsoft Excel
Demonstrated experience in a data quality, data governance, or senior data analyst role
Strong experience establishing data quality frameworks, defining business rules, and validating data
Proven ability to lead initiatives, oversee technical work, and mentor junior team members
Excellent analytic skills

Responsibilities

Provide on-site leadership and mentorship for the Data Quality team in Atlanta, offering regular feedback and creating management-level reporting on quality metrics
Oversee the work of Data Quality Analysts to ensure consistent practice and alignment with the broader DQ strategy
Establish data quality test plans; work closely with development and data quality teams to define, refine, and validate data rules
Collaborate with Global Data Warehouse (GDW) and AI product teams to drive data quality initiatives
Work closely with the Data Governance team on behalf of Product Owners to ensure compliance with the Global Data Management standard
Support the Issue Management and Remediation (IMR) lead in facilitating the resolution of complex data quality issues across all data sourcing patterns
Contribute to long-term efforts in improving data quality and integrity across systems
Provide hands-on support for in-depth data quality analysis and profiling as required
