Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, BI, or data management roles. Essential skills include advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy), experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, and familiarity with cloud platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks and ETL workflows. A meticulous, curious, and solutions-focused mindset is also required, with a preference for experience in private markets or financial services and a degree in Computer Science, Finance, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

The Data Modelling Associate will design and build data models to support reporting, forecasting, and analysis. They will work cross-functionally with Technology, Investment, Finance, and Portfolio Management teams to unlock insights from complex datasets and build dashboards and tools using SQL, Python, Databricks, Tableau/Power BI, and Excel. Responsibilities also include contributing to data governance, quality assurance, and process improvement, as well as supporting innovation and data transformation initiatives.
