Requirements

8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, or similar roles
BS/MS degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, economics, finance, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Strong proficiency in SQL
Proficiency with Python or R
Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or equivalent
Experience with modern data stack tools like dbt or equivalent

Responsibilities

Build scalable data infrastructure: design, implement, and maintain pipelines, models, and systems
Oversee the development and management of Primer's data warehouse
Establish governance, documentation, and best practices for data reliability and consistency
Design and maintain dashboards and reports
Provide teams with self-service analytics tools and frameworks
Identify key business challenges and opportunities through data analysis
Partner with leadership and high-leverage teams to translate data into strategic and operational decisions
Drive organizational alignment around data by standardizing metric definitions and championing a data-driven culture
