Responsibilities

  • Provide field support, including break/fix, hardware installation, and general hands-on IT assistance
  • Manage and update SNOW (ServiceNow) tickets and asset records
  • Perform networking troubleshooting, including crash carts and console connections, iLO/remote access tools (e.g., iLO, Putty), wired and wireless network connectivity, switch/router/core/aggregation/ISP hardware, and cabling issues
  • Serve as on-site “Hands and Eyes” support for remote network engineers
  • Escort third-party hardware vendors and ensure adherence to site policies
  • Perform rack-and-stack of servers, switches, and additional data center hardware
  • Cable management, including routing under raised floors and through endcaps
  • Conduct remote and on-site support for software/hardware installations
  • Safely lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
