Data center Coordinator (Middle) at TSMG

The Data Transfer Coordinator will be responsible for handling electronic devices and operating servers daily while overseeing data transfer operations within an assigned region and globally as needed, including monitoring physical asset availability, ensuring process compliance, managing inventory via dashboards, and liaising with software, hardware, and logistics teams. They will monitor cloud-based data transfer processes, identify inconsistencies, conduct routine system checks, and escalate issues when necessary. As a key point of contact, the coordinator will collaborate with multinational teams to standardize global processes, drive discussions, and anticipate business needs, proactively communicating with stakeholders to coordinate efficient task execution, resolve customer queries, and provide regular project updates. The role also involves problem-solving, prioritizing tasks based on urgency, and occasionally attending meetings outside of regular working hours.
