Responsibilities

  • Lead data-driven strategies that deliver growth, personalisation and performance for clients

  • Champion automation, measurement frameworks and scalable analytics solutions
  • Partner with Data Science, Enablement and Visualisation teams to create joined-up, high-impact work
  • Contribute to pitches, thought pieces and case studies that showcase RAPP’s leadership in data-driven marketing
  • Shape the analytics direction across key client accounts and new business opportunities
  • Lead a talented team of analysts, guiding their development and ensuring work stays innovative, consistent and commercially sharp
