Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Statistics, or a related discipline)
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in an operational analytics role
  • Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts
  • Familiarity with basic statistical techniques and experience modeling complex scenarios with data, estimating their relative size and significance
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Responsibilities

  • Provide independent analytical support for a large, multi-functional group spanning multiple departments and countries, all focused on delivering a great customer experience
  • Measure the effectiveness of operational processes, assessing the effort required by customers and agents
  • Uncover relevant insights to guide impactful improvements in tools and operational processes
  • Present complex analyses and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Investigate emergent issues and model the potential impact of future projects
  • Challenge existing processes by asking “Why?” and viewing unexpected data outcomes as opportunities to explore and improve processes
  • Explain the methods and logic behind your analyses, validate your results, measure the impact and advocate for implementing your recommendations with data-backed evidence
