Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
Experience with multi-dimensional data design, star schemas, facts, and dimensions
Strong understanding of system engineering, object-oriented design, and architecture standards
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Power BI, Python, and data mining platforms
Experience with SAP ECC and CRM
Ability to translate business functionality into technical requirements and compelling business cases

Responsibilities

Collaborate with DA&I Technical Lead and business stakeholders to define 3–6-month priorities and ensure alignment with long-term strategic goals
Translate business requirements into actionable analytics solutions using tools such as Power BI, Python, and data modeling platforms
Coordinate project resources and manage dependencies across capability teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery
Support Level 2 and Level 3 issue resolution in collaboration with DA&I Engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of analytics solutions
Drive change management initiatives, including data literacy and governance practices, to promote adoption and value realization across domains
