Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, or a related field, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Familiarity with command-line tools and interfaces, along with strong analytical skills to identify patterns and anomalies, is preferred. Additional familiarity with translation or multi-lingual data sets can be beneficial for future projects.
The Data Analysis Specialist will update training and test model databases with new data, modify and refine machine learning data creation guidelines, initiate model training processes, evaluate model performance, design and develop test datasets, handle data efficiently and accurately, annotate data according to guidelines, conduct manual quality analysis, recognize and report anomalies, deliver detailed reports on findings, implement quality control measures, apply basic knowledge of natural language processing and linguistics, and ensure linguistic accuracy in processed data.
