  • Successful completion of a relevant degree at Master's or PhD level in disciplines such as mathematics, computer science, physics, engineering or economics
  • Extensive experience in Data & AI business development, with a strong track record in consulting and leadership roles across the banking and life sciences sectors in the Swiss market
  • Technical expertise in data analytics, data science, AI/GenAI and machine learning
  • Sound understanding of the consulting business and project management/delivery
  • Project-related mobility
  • Ability to work independently
  • Fluent communication skills in German and English
  • High level of customer orientation

Responsibilities

  • Expand standing in the ‘Data & AI’ market through business development
  • Develop market segment strategies and form the basis for the long-term growth of the team
  • Identify and maintain relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders across the banking and life sciences sectors
  • Drive strategic partnerships
  • Play an active role in client acquisition
  • Manage existing accounts to ensure long-term collaboration, client satisfaction, and business growth
  • Analyze market trends, competitors and client feedback to identify growth potential/opportunities
  • Further develop Accenture's product portfolio/offering
  • Support globally positioned companies in realizing the full potential of their data for innovative solutions in data science, machine learning and AI/GenAI
  • Build your own team of experts and visionaries
