Responsibilities

Lead, coach, develop, and actively support the Sync team
Exemplify High Performing Organization (HPO) principles and encourage demonstration of P&G’s Purpose, Values, & Principles (PVPs)
Partner with Team Leaders from all departments to maintain a cohesive, responsive, flexible, and synchronized organization prioritizing LOT over individual department results
Hold team leaders and external business partners accountable, identify and coach on performance gaps, manage interpersonal issues, and uphold all Site policies and guidelines
Inform leadership of significant site outages/events on nights and weekends
Enable delivery of Zero (0) Total Incident Rate (TIR) and Zero (0) Quality Incidents
Lead the 4-hour site Team Leader Connects, balancing resources (including External Business Partners) to deliver Benchmark LOT and site KPI results (Productivity, Stops, Inventory, etc.)
Conduct shift exchange DDS for the team, focusing on supporting the business and driving out losses through clearly defined shift action plans & process health checks
Operate with a continuous-improvement mindset, demonstrate a solution-focused spirit, and lead/support development of Loss Elimination plans
Lead Shift Recon and LOT gap meetings
Lead delivery for Sync related projects
Actively communicate issues, performance gaps, and help requests throughout the shift and to the Supply Chain (SNO) Sync department manager
Provide shift leadership and end-to-end responsibility across all onsite technologies and WMS platforms, directing all departments and prioritizing resources
