Requirements

  • Ability to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers

  • Expertise in designing, developing, modifying, de-bugging, documenting, and testing applications

  • Skills in creating, documenting, implementing, and maintaining technical documentation, unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses
  • Capability to produce clean, maintainable, efficient, performant, secure code, designs, and specifications
  • Experience with troubleshooting development and production environments, performance tuning, and optimizing code
  • Knowledge of design and code reviews to ensure best technical practices

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer requirements within the project and strive to deliver them consistently
  • Take personal responsibility for resolving customer problems and communicating appropriately throughout the process
  • Work with customers to achieve successful results
  • Actively contribute to a high-performance and collaborative team environment
  • Transfer knowledge and skills on Enable products and technical solutions to team members
  • Create Technical Design Documents based upon Functional Requirements
  • Collaborate with consultants in writing technical design documents
  • Draft and interpret written business requirements and technical specifications documents, report and analyze defects
  • Design, develop, modify, de-bug, document, and test a range of Enable applications
  • Actively contribute to successful implementations through thorough testing of solutions
  • Provide technical support for the team through design and code reviews
  • Provide technical support to customers as required
  • Work with development team to troubleshoot environments, performance tune, and optimize code
  • Ensure all development complies with internal/external policies, procedures, quality guidelines, and design standards
  • Contribute to improvement of development policies and procedures
  • Take accountability for delivering work in agreed timeframes and budgets
  • Support service estimations for development tasks
  • Review design documentation and related estimations
