Requirements

Candidates should possess extensive experience managing an enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 tenant, along with deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows Server technologies, including cloud, hybrid, and on-premise Windows server configuration management tools like Azure Update Manager and Group Policy. Responsibilities

The Lead Systems Engineer will drive the design of integrated technology infrastructure systems to support the enterprise’s business needs, implementing solutions and developing automations to optimize business outcomes. They will coordinate initiatives with moderate complexity, lead cross-functional technical teams, and deliver enterprise collaboration and Windows server solutions aligned with industry best practices. The role involves troubleshooting complex issues, providing Tier 3 support, and recommending technical developments, as well as articulating the significance and narrative behind the work to ensure thorough understanding for non-technical audiences.
