  • Brief Description: The Cybersecurity Risk & Compliance Manager leads and manages the organization’s cybersecurity team, responsible for adopting CIS-18/NIST 800-53 framework, managing vendor risk, and overseeing SOX IT controls.

Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or management.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of security concepts and best practices.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience with security tools and technologies.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience leading and managing projects.
    • Experience with risk management frameworks.
    • Experience with security compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Policy Development & Audit: Adopt CIS-18/NIST 800-53 framework via Policy Development and Audit.
  • Vendor Risk Management: Manage a Vendor Risk Management Program.
  • Risk Management: Manage Risk by performing risk reviews on new software and projects.
  • SOX Compliance: Manage the SOX IT Control language and evidence collection.
  • SOP Development: Develop Standard Operating Procedures for the IT groups based on the NIST frameworks.
  • Risk Register Maintenance: Build and maintain a Risk Register.
