Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field, with over 5 years of experience in cybersecurity applications including risk assessments, iDMZs, continuous threat detection, and endpoint protection. A minimum of 5 years in customer-facing roles within technical sales or project delivery is required, along with working knowledge of threat detection, secure remote access, and anti-virus in IT/OT environments. Relevant ICS Security Certifications such as CISSP, NIST, or ISA-9930 are essential or working towards them. Approximately 30-40% travel to customers within the assigned geography is also required.

Responsibilities

The Cybersecurity and Managed Services Consultant will act as the offering expert for the Customer Success (CS) community, ensuring customers adopt Rockwell Automation Cybersecurity & Network solutions and services effectively. Responsibilities include supporting the CSM community and customers with technical expertise, driving adoption and expansion of cybersecurity and network solutions to grow Annual Recurring Revenue, and collaborating with Rockwell Automation and Partner business units for continuous improvement. The role involves translating competitive solutions into Rockwell Automation offerings, identifying expansion potential for additional products and services, and participating in training to enhance technical skills. Additionally, consultants will collaborate with peer roles on sales and delivery handoff motions, partner with Customer Success Managers and Account Managers to promote cybersecurity solutions through presentations and demonstrations, share industry knowledge with customers, and maintain up-to-date sales and customer relationship management data.
