About Your Role
As our Cyber Security SME with OT (Operational Technology) / IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things), you will be accountable for the successful delivery of Operational Technology Consulting engagements. You will be responsible for team leadership, vendor management, program service offerings, business systems analysis, and service architecture.
In this role, you will:
- Develop, implement, and monitor strategic, comprehensive OT frameworks, guidelines, and best practices.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and single point of contact within the practice to ensure all enterprise architecture decisions and recommendations meet security standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with business, architects, and peers to minimize risk, document exceptions, and set up annual reviews for granted exceptions when needed.
- Troubleshoot complex OT integration issues and promote timely response to user needs within predefined SLAs.
- Respond to requests either in person, over the phone, or via email in a professional, confident, and courteous manner.
- Facilitate issue handling and escalation with cross-functional support staff to support timely resolution.
To be successful in this role, you are able to:
- Collaborate closely with core teams to create security policies and disaster recovery plans.
- Develop security vision and roadmap.
- Evaluate and implement new security tools.
- Perform security assessments.
- Provide regular reporting (metric-based) of the status of information systems to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure that security policies and operations adhere to industry standards and regulations such as ISO, PCI, HIPAA, SOX, NIST, PII.
- Ensure the program meets vendor licensing and contractual agreements, all consulting services provided meet statement of work efforts, and maintain vendor lifecycle requirements.
You will excel in this role having excellent communication, executive presentation, and analytical/troubleshooting skills with the ability to build strong internal and client relationships.
Requirements
You:
- Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
- Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in the country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency).
- Have project-related mobility/willingness to travel.
Desired OT Experience
- OT infrastructure and asset discovery including device information and profiling (e.g., Network Details, OS Type, Function, Vendor-model, Version, Connection Type, applications installed/running, Anti-virus agent status, DB versions, Patch status).
- Threat, Anomaly detection, and device security.
- Asset classification for OT and IoT devices based on multi-vendor technologies.
- Manual assessment of OT Architecture, Network design, controls, processes & policies.
