Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs and issues into technology solutions in the Customer1 CIS application
  • Understand underlying business needs and assess impacts
  • Capture, analyze, and document requirements
  • Support communication and delivery of requirements to users and IT development team
  • Provide Technical and Functional Subject-Matter Expert (SME) support for Customer/1 application
  • Gather requirements
  • Perform functional analysis
  • Document functional requirements
  • Obtain user approval and sign-off of requirements
  • Develop User Acceptance Test Plan
  • Develop Post-Production Verification Requirements
  • Provide functional and technical support to UAT Testers and Developers
  • Support and analyze production abends and end user application issues
  • Act as Cross-project Application Sr Architect in Customer/1 Billing
  • Provide cross-Portfolio Product Architect Support for the Customer/1 Practice
  • Serve as SME and Functional Architect in Billing across the Capability
  • Provide support across the full portfolio of Customer/1 project teams for complex projects and issues (e.g., PPL, SoCo, Ameren, National Grid)
