Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of college coursework completed, with no back subjects or incomplete units, and a minimum of 2 years of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) experience. They must also have 1-year tenure in their current function within REPH, not have received any disciplinary action within the past 12 months, and not have any attendance or punctuality issues during that same period. Furthermore, candidates must have achieved a Successful or above rating in their most recent Enabling Performance cycle.

Responsibilities

The Customer Systems Engineer will provide second-level technical support to customers via phone and email, specializing in LexisNexis products and navigating Windows and web-based environments. Responsibilities include responding to incidents and service requests, managing problem identification and solutions, following security guidelines, actively participating in team meetings, maintaining the LN Product environment, performing system maintenance, providing clear and timely status communication, delivering excellent customer service, proactively seeking opportunities for improvement through automation and cost reduction, maintaining necessary licenses and training, applying experience to complete tasks, following standard operating procedures, and working under minimal supervision.
