Requirements

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, support, or success, possess advanced problem-solving skills, strong writing skills, impeccable attention to detail, and computer proficiency. Hubspot and Shopify experience are a plus, and comfort in a fast-paced environment is required.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, the candidate will act as the first point of contact for customer support questions via email, chat, and social media, creating an exceptional and personalized service experience for Odeko customers in the Northeast Region. They will troubleshoot user problems with the Odeko’s Order Ahead app and Supply Portal, assist with incoming questions from ecommerce, shipping, and bulk customers, maintain support contacts in Hubspot, collaborate with other teams to resolve issues, review delivery reconciliations and issue credits, and proactively create expert customer content. The role also involves owning performance against customer satisfaction metrics and suggesting improvements to the customer experience.
