  • Empower customers and workers by acting as a trusted point of contact for businesses, providing solutions that align with their needs and fostering a positive experience for all platform users
  • Streamline processes by collaborating with internal teams to identify opportunities to improve workflows, develop standard operating procedures, and enhance efficiency
  • Resolve issues at scale by addressing and resolving standard customer requests (80% of tickets) while partnering with Biz Ops for more complex scenarios requiring specialized knowledge (20%)
  • Leverage technology by utilizing internal systems to monitor requests, troubleshoot issues, and support businesses in understanding and navigating the Traba platform
  • Flexibly rotate shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure consistent support coverage as operations expand to 24x7
