Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, along with 3-5 years of support experience and knowledge of programming languages. They should be comfortable engaging in technical conversations with both technical and non-technical individuals, demonstrating problem-solving skills related to technical, product, and business questions, and exhibiting excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
The Customer Support Engineer will be responsible for triaging bugs and feature requests, maintaining constant communication with customers, analyzing trends, regularly testing and training the DevRev bot, educating and empowering DevRev users, acting as the technical expert and answering product questions, building and maintaining relationships with customers, serving as the customer champion and collaborating with product and engineering teams on customer requirements, writing customizations using specified languages, thinking outside the box to build quicker solutions, supporting DevRev users around the clock, building Q&A pairs for the bot, understanding customer signals, collaborating with customer success teams to avoid churn, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, customer success, product, engineering, and bots engineering.
