The Customer Support Country Specialist will provide effective support to Deel Local Payroll customers and business partners through ticketing and phone, analyzing needs, troubleshooting issues, and offering system guidance. Responsibilities include managing and escalating tickets, meeting service level agreements, identifying and escalating system or compliance issues, staying updated on product and compliance changes, performing tax calculations, resolving complex customer issues, and providing accurate guidance on Brazilian legislation. The role also involves attending upskilling sessions and monitoring personal performance metrics.
