The Payroll Support Specialist will act as the first point of contact for 7shifts customers via chat, email, and phone, providing personalized support, troubleshooting concerns, educating customers on product training, identifying and reporting software bugs, collaborating with the Support team, and proactively tracking requests and issues to find creative solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
