  • Provide quick, friendly, and high-quality assistance to customers via phone, live chat, and email
  • Empower customers by sharing tips and best practices for software usage
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve escalated situations
  • Make recommendations to improve the Flock Safety product
  • Contribute to the Flock Safety Customer Help Center
  • Learn role systems and tools during the first 30 days
  • Listen in on phone calls and respond to customers via email during the first 30 days
