Requirements

Bi-lingual (English and French) to serve Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic regions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
High level of attention to detail for accuracy in order entry and reports
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), including contacting customers by phone
Ability to problem solve and "think outside the box."
Good organization skills
Ability to handle a high volume of emails and orders
Strong/proven analytical skills
Practical experience with detail-oriented order entry, research, and face-to-face customer interactions
College or University degree/diploma in Business Administration, Operations/Inventory Control, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred
Prior experience with customer-facing corporate supply chain roles preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
Familiarity with JDE, Power BI, and Salesforce is an asset

Responsibilities

Work closely with customers to handle day-to-day inquiries
Collaborate with sales, logistics, plants, and production planners to manage and fulfill orders
Manage orders including monitoring, tracking, and updating shipping dates using multiple Excel spreadsheets and a comprehensive dashboard for daily actions
Monitor and update shipping dates and communicate updates/changes to internal and external customers
Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
Develop strong customer relationships, address concerns, highlight potential issues, and propose solutions
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of orders
Prepare customer-related reports and analyze customer trends
May require some travel within North America
Utilize multiple systems for order entry and verify customer orders for accuracy, load weight, pallet count, special considerations, etc
