Candidates must have 3-7 years of previous experience in Customer Success within a SaaS, fast-paced organization. A strong scalability and customer excellence mindset is required, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are also necessary, as is a hybrid customer and product-driven mentality prioritizing client satisfaction and scale. Passion for audio AI and a strong work ethic are essential.
The Customer Success professional will manage a book of 50-70 accounts, partner on developing the Customer Success playbook to support scaling to $500M+ in ARR, and build strong relationships with clients to drive their success. Responsibilities include onboarding clients, defining best practices, measuring and improving customer satisfaction and experience, monitoring customer usage and adoption, and owning NRR and customer health KPIs.
